Denmark – Construction work – Nybyggeri, Sigurdsgade

Copenhagen Business College is tendering for the tasks of overall consultancy and total enterprise for the project New Construction Sigurdsgade, which is an expansion and modernisation of Campus Sigurdsgade (phase 1, part 1 and 2). Simultaneously, the project Practice and Innovation House Titangade (phase 2) is being tendered, which will be realised to the extent that financing is obtained for it. The tender is being conducted as a competition-based dialogue based on volume studies and an idea proposal. It is a combined tender for a Total Consultancy Agreement and a Total Enterprise Agreement, which are linked by a Collaboration Agreement. The Collaboration Agreement involves the Total Contractor entering into close collaboration with Copenhagen Business College and the Total Consultant on the project design.
