Creation of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of "Mixed industrial items for the SZTE under a dynamic purchasing system" for a period of 36 months. The estimated value of the procurements involved in the DPS, i.e. the estimated quantity of the DPS, is planned to be net 314 000 000,- Ft for the entire 36-month period of the DPS. The estimated value determined in the DPS is for information purposes and was determined based on the experiences of previous years, from which the Inviting Entity may deviate during the DPS period according to its specific procurement needs, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act. The product categories that can be ordered in this DPS are:

1. Paints and related products

2. Electrical products

3. Construction products

4. Sanitary and mechanical engineering products

5. Horticultural and other technical products

6. Maintenance tools and machinery

The description, characteristics and provision of related services for the above product categories are contained in Chapter III: Description of the dynamic purchasing system, technical description. The Inviting Entity understands the category referred to in Section 106 (4) of the Public Procurement Act under the above product categories. The expected maximum size of individual contracts to be awarded under the DPS: 1 contract per product category per month, planned. The reference number assigned by the Inviting Entity for the procedure: 36/D/2026/SZTE
