Poland – Construction work – Budowa Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego w Sanoku – etap II

The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of the Special Educational and Care Centre in Sanok – Phase II. Overall scope of the investment: • Phase II investment includes comprehensive internal and external finishing works, installation works of all branches in the scope of internal and external installations, assembly of open joinery, land development according to the project, assembly of photovoltaic installation, construction of a collector leading rainwater to the San, construction of an underground reservoir. • Supply and assembly of equipment for land development, sports fields, recreation areas, parking lots, school environment lighting, external fencing • Supply and possible assembly of rehabilitation equipment, office and teaching workshop equipment, gym equipment, dormitory and canteen equipment. The scope and details of the supplies should be fully agreed with the Purchaser. • Assembly of photovoltaic installation on the building's roof. • Construction of a container transformer station under the conditions specified by the electricity supplier. Currently, after Phase I of the investment, the object is in the phase of a rough open state. The roofs are covered with compressed channel plates, secured with a single-layer thermal insulation and equipped with temporary overflow drains. The insulation layer and the so-called fall layer have not been laid. The roof of the sports hall is currently covered with trapezoidal sheeting. The subfloors in all parts of the building were closed with a layer of lean concrete. Under the floors, sections of sanitary sewerage were made according to the project documentation, with their outlets outside the building outline. As part of the works of Phase I of the investment, the collision of the 15 kV medium voltage cable, included in the project documentation, was removed. The conditions for the execution of the water supply connection will change. After the execution of the water supply connection by the Regional Infrastructure Office in Lublin to the military facilities in the vicinity of the SOSW, there was a possibility of connecting to the water supply pipe laid on the county plot. The contractor is obliged to submit a detailed project of the interior arrangement, which should be submitted to the Purchaser for acceptance. 2. The subject of the order must be realized in particular, in accordance with the Technical Documentation (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). The material scope of the task which is the subject of the tender is described in detail in the technical documentation, technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works, and the scope of works. Any catalog positions have been given solely to facilitate the preparation of the calculation – their use for valuation is not mandatory. The technical specification, scope of works and documentation constitute an annex to this specification. The quality requirements of the elements constituting the subject of the order have been described in the technical documentation, in particular in the technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works. Since the remuneration of the contractor indicated in the offer will have a lump-sum character, the contractor should base the valuation of the offer on the scope indicated in the technical documentation. The scope of works has an auxiliary character. The occurrence during the implementation of the contract of works not included in the scope or of works in a greater quantity in relation to the one accepted in the scope will not entitle the contractor to demand additional remuneration – if the necessity to carry out these works resulted from the technical documentation. 3. The contractor will provide the Purchaser with a warranty and a guarantee for the building works carried out and the materials used for the period and on the conditions indicated in Section XII of the SWZ (the warranty and guarantee period for defects is one of the criteria for evaluating offers). 4. Special conditions for securing the construction site and carrying out building works: the building works should be carried out in accordance with the technical conditions and safety rules applicable in construction and agreements to the project, and the construction site should be secured against access by unauthorised persons. It is also the duty and at the cost of the Contractor to: - carry out all types of works by persons possessing current building authorisations, - secure the construction site and carry out works in accordance with the BHP and fire safety regulations; - prepare and hand over to the Purchaser the post-construction documentation, - secure installations and equipment on the construction site and in its immediate vicinity from their destruction or damage during the performance of the works, which are the subject of this Contract; - ensure safe use of the area adjacent to the construction site; - compile during the implementation of the works which are the subject of this Contract all documentation in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, - remove all defects and faults found during the works in the term agreed by the Parties, not longer however than the technically justified term necessary for their removal, - protect and manage the construction site until the completion of the implementation of the Investment, which does not exclude the Purchaser's entitlement to supervision, - liquidate the effects of the impact of the construction process on the construction environment, - pay fees for waste storage. - carry out the necessary tests and obtain opinions before starting to use
