Subject of the project is the planning and modernisation of the reception building at Bremerhaven station. Due to structural dependencies, the subsequent inclusion of additional measures in the existing project „G.011301449 – KSP-EG_1.T_Bremerhaven“ was necessary. These measures will be implemented as part of the present project change. The background is the project merger of the Climate Protection Programme (KSP) projects with measures from the Future Station (ZKB). The original KSP project, for which the BIM planning services have already been awarded, is currently in the first performance phase. It includes the replacement of the heating system and the modernisation of the reception hall. The additional ZKB measures required will be tendered separately as part of a project supplement. Numerous measures for modernisation, maintenance and functional improvement are planned at Bremerhaven Hbf station. These include, among other things, the dismantling and redevelopment of vacant spaces in the reception building and the renewal of outdated systems. In addition, various areas of the station will be refurbished and visually enhanced. Overall, the measures aim to improve the quality of stay for passengers, increase barrier-free access, bring the technical equipment up to date and make the station future-proof in the long term. The tender is divided into two lots: on the one hand, the BIM planning services for the design and structural engineering of the reception building, and on the other hand, the BIM planning services for the building services engineering including the 50-Hz systems.
