The contract includes optional lots defined in the tender specifications. The details of the missions assigned to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by unit and lump sum prices. The Department has decided to use Project Management Assistance (AMO) to support it in a process to develop the environmental education and scientific tourism offer on the Thémis site. The scope of the AMO service excludes from the programming study the professionals corresponding to the Maison de l'Innovation and the properties dedicated to research and experimentation. This project aims to contribute to the environmental and energy transition of the Catalan Pyrenees with the objective of making the Pyrénées-Orientales territory a laboratory for solutions and awareness to adapt to the consequences of climate change.
