Romania – Roadworks – LUCRĂRI DE REPARAȚII PLATFORME ȘI PARCĂRI, PARTE CAROSABILĂ, ÎN MUNICIPIUL BUCUREȘTI

Under this contract, REPAIR WORKS FOR PLATFORMS AND PARKING LOTS, CARPENTRY PART, will be procured in the municipality of Bucharest, in the quantities provided in the terms of reference. NOTE: According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority sets 1 term - the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/supplementary information from the tenderers as follows: The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
