The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of materials for the winter maintenance of roads and pavements for the needs of Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. in Zielona Góra, divided into 4 tasks: • Task No. 1: Purchase and delivery of 3000 tons of road salt; • Task No. 2: Purchase and delivery of 100 tons of hexahydrate, technical magnesium chloride; • Task No. 3: Purchase and delivery of 100 tons of dihydrate, technical calcium chloride; • Task No. 4: Purchase and delivery of 500 tons of 0-2 mm aggregate and 500 tons of 0-4 mm aggregate. The detailed description and the way of performing the contract is contained in the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ) being Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the draft provisions of the contract, being Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (separately for Task No. 1, for Task No. 2 and 3, and for Task No. 4).
