Due to the increase in student numbers at the Werkrealschule in recent years, the current space requirements cannot be accommodated in the existing areas of the main and administrative building. Perspectively, a further increase is to be expected due to construction areas already in the implementation process. In recent years, existing specialist rooms have already been regularly converted to create the necessary number of classrooms. Additional space for classrooms and the required specialist rooms is to be created by an extension (building section B.1). In addition, renovation and refurbishment measures are planned for the existing building (building section B+C).
