Netherlands – Grounds maintenance services – Dagelijks onderhoud Vaarwegen (2027-2033)

The works that fall under the daily maintenance contract include globally (non-exhaustively): • Keeping the fairway clear of obstacles and waste. • Maintenance of the buoys. • Repairs to the bank structures are within the scope. • Repairs to the mooring facilities and guideworks. • The cyclic maintenance of the fairway furniture and replacement of fairway furniture. • The cyclic maintenance on and next to the slopes (mowing, keeping clear of waste) is within the scope. • Maintenance of planting and trees on and next to the slopes. • Carrying out maintenance work on facilities on and along the fairway (such as FUP's, PUP's and SUP's). • Maintenance of signage and marking/buoyage. • Carrying out cleaning work on hard surfaces, verges and watercourses. • Resolving emergencies. The estimated value of the framework agreement is € 4,800,000, - over the entire duration including extension options. The contractor cannot derive any rights from this value. The total maximum value of the framework agreement is set at € 7,200,000, - over the entire duration, including extension options.
