Finland – Tree-clearing services – OSALLISTUMISPYYNTÖ: Kasvuston käsittely Carunan verkkoalueella

Caruna Oy invites applications to participate in the handling of vegetation on the Caruna network area. The procurement has been divided into eight geographical Areas: Area 1 Northern Area 2 Western Finland Area 3 Satakunta Area 4 Southwestern Finland, North Area 5 Southwestern Finland, South Area 6 Western Uusimaa Area 7 Espoo Area 8 Central Uusimaa Applicants may apply to be suppliers to one, several, or all Areas. The applicant must indicate in the application for participation the Areas to which it wishes to apply to be a supplier. This is done in the section "Criteria for the subject of the procurement". NOTE! The applicant must indicate that it is applying to be a Supplier for all those Areas for which it intends to submit a tender. An applicant cannot be accepted as a supplier for an Area that it has not indicated in its application for participation. A supplier may submit a tender only for Areas for which it has been accepted as a Supplier. The services to be procured and the geographical areas are described in more detail in the appendix to the invitation to participate, in the draft tender request, in the attachment 01 Palvelukuvaus_LUONNOS.zip. The service description and its attachments are drafts. The subject of the procurement will be specified during the negotiation process. The agreement will enter into force upon signature. The contract period is three (3) years, in addition to which the purchaser has three one (1) year option periods. The duration of the contract is calculated to commence from when the service production responsibility has been transferred to the contractor for the entire contract. The service production responsibility will be transferred from the current suppliers no later than 01.03.2027.
