France – Electrical supplies and accessories – Fourniture de Boîte sous trottoir avec coffret C400/P200 pour le projet de renforcement, renouvellement et de créations d’ouvrages de ventilation tunnel – Programme 2026-2029

This contract notice concerns the supply of Under-Sidewalk Boxes with C400/P200 Junction Boxes, related to the project for strengthening, renewal and creation of ventilation works for the Metro and RER networks of the RATP. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders at fixed prices and unit prices, consisting of a minimum amount and a maximum amount. The minimum amount is set at -20% of the nominal amount and the maximum amount is set at +50% of the nominal amount. The nominal amount corresponds to the amount for the supply of 48 under-sidewalk boxes, two assistance services (travel, expertise and labor) excluding supply(s), the supply of a design file with positive test reports for the trap load test and seal test for the junction box + certificates of conformity / standardization issued by an independent laboratory, the supply of an operating procedure for the on-site installation of the pre-wired box, and the supply of a prototype under-sidewalk box. The duration of the framework agreement is set at a maximum of seventy-two (72) months from the date appearing in the Order for Delivery and Service (ODS) starting the contract or, failing that, from the start date of the first ODS order. The initial duration of the contract is forty-eight (48) months. It may be renewed, 2 times, on the anniversary date of signature by tacit renewal for a maximum period of twelve (12) months. The prescription of these services is made by means of Order for Delivery and Service (ODS) which defines the content, deadlines and constraints of implementation. The services included in the scope of the framework agreement, at the expense of the Contractor, are described in the CCTP and are in particular: • The supply of a design file, • The supply of an on-site installation procedure, • The supply of a prototype, • The supply in series of under-sidewalk boxes, • A technical assistance service on site (only in the commune of Paris). The K27 cable reels (or new reference at the time of contract signature) will be supplied by the RATP. The framework agreement includes a requirement for results, taking into account the constraints and requirements of the RATP.
