The present procurement concerns the Contracting Entity's wish to enter into framework agreements with craft enterprises in the following commonly occurring fields (sub-agreements). As the Contracting Entity performs ongoing maintenance of installations and buildings, it has a need for framework agreements with craftsmen in various fields. The tasks are varied, but primarily include operational and maintenance tasks. The objective is, through planned maintenance and quick and flexible intervention, to ensure the best possible building-related facilities for users and the Contracting Entity's employees. The Contracting Entity intends to enter into framework agreements for operation and building maintenance in 6 fields, divided into 6 sub-agreements. Bids can be submitted for one or more of the sub-agreements, listed below:

Sub-agreement 1, Electrical work, incl. IT cabling

Sub-agreement 2, HVAC and sheet metal work

Sub-agreement 3, Carpentry and joinery work

Sub-agreement 4, Painting work

Sub-agreement 5, Flooring work

Sub-agreement 6, Sewer service

A framework agreement is entered into with 3 suppliers per sub-agreement.
