The Contract consists of two separate parcels. Parcel 1 – Reinsurance Parcel 1 involves an extended all-risk reinsurance for buildings, business equipment/inventory, other assets and goods, rolling stock and the vehicle fleet. The reinsurance agreement to be concluded provides cover up to a maximum payout of € 50,000,000 per event, above the own retention applicable to VGA, in accordance with the specifications of this Technical Specification. Parcel 2 – Excess Insurance Parcel 2 involves an excess insurance agreement to be concluded via brokerage by VGA, which provides cover for damages that fall within the applicable insurance portfolio of Parcel 1 and exceed the amount of € 50,000,000 per event, increased by the own retention applicable to VGA.
