This contract concerns: - The purchased service involves supporting RTE's CORS-N teams with level 2 and 3 technical skills for the operation and administration of RTE's internal information systems (IS). The scope of the service evolves to include the operation and administration of IS on the external part (insertion, administration, and operation of RTE's Cloud solutions). As part of the service, here are some examples of expected activities on the various IS environments (non-exhaustive list): - Administration and operation of infrastructure foundations (storage, virtualisation, etc.), - Administration and operation of RTE's IS applications, - Maintaining the security of IS environments, - Managing the availability of tools, particularly through incident responses, - Insertion, administration, and operation of RTE's Cloud solutions.
