Germany – Security services – Ausschreibung betreffend Fahrausweisprüfungen und Sicherheitsbegleitungen im ÖPNV auf den Buslinien der REVG Rhein-Erft-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH

Part of the procurement is the conduct of ticket inspections in conjunction with security escorts on bus routes (public transport) of the REVG mbH. These operate primarily in the transport area of the Rhein-Erft-Kreis, but also in the adjacent local authorities (including the city of Cologne, Euskirchen district, Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, Düren district, Rheinkreis Neuss). The scope of the services tendered is based on an expected monthly volume of approximately 1,000 hours of deployment; the minimum call-off quantity is 800 hours per month on average in the first two years of the contract. The maximum call-off quantity is 1,200 hours of deployment per month = 14,400 hours of deployment per year. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel up to 10% of the hours of deployment per year from the minimum take-up quantity with a lead time of at least 2 months, and to make additional calls of up to 20% of the hours of deployment per year compared to the expected hourly volume with a lead time of at least 3 months. The period of performance begins on the first day of the month following the second month after the award of the contract (for example, if the contract is awarded on 15.4.2026, the contract begins on 1.6.2026), but no earlier than 1.5.2026 and ends on 30.4.2028. Since the schedule of services provided is a draft, changes in the further course of the procedure are expressly reserved.
