The details of the equipment are presented in the terms of reference. The procurement has as its object EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS – FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM – HISTORIC BUILDING through the award of a supply contract. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 19 days. The deadline within which all requests for clarification/additional information will be answered clearly and completely is 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Suspensive clause: the procurement procedure will be initiated subject to the present suspensive clause, in the sense that the award/signing of the supply contract is conditional, for a period of 2 months from the date of publication of the procedure in the SEAP, on the allocation of funds by the Municipality of Bucharest through the ASSMB in accordance with the budget rectification request submitted under reference number 15566/18.09.2026, registered with the ASSMB under number 23634/18.09.2026. In the event that this condition is not met, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the present procurement in accordance with Article 212, letter c) of Law No. 98 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, regardless of the stage of progress at which it may be. The decision to cancel will not oblige the contracting authority to incur costs vis-à-vis the participating economic operators and/or the economic operator declared the winner.
