The procurement of the “PKI-HSM Meter Security System”, as specified in the terms of reference, is necessary to define the PKI and HSM security infrastructure, as well as the integration principles and security workflows with existing Smart Metering implementations, future SMI solutions and the MDM/MDC platform. The future PKI & HSM infrastructure will be a centralized, common logical solution for DEER, serving the three operational regions (TS, MN and TN). The number of days during which potential tenderers can request clarifications regarding the award documentation, before the deadline for submission of tenders, is 20. The contracting entity will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
