Dataport is awarding a framework agreement for the supply of printer and scanner hardware and accessories for IT workstation equipment. The subject of the contract is a supply contract. The service "workstation equipment" is provided by a Dataport service provider, the so-called Multiple Supplier Integrator (MLI). An Operation Level Agreement (OLA) must be concluded with the MLI, which includes the delivery and procurement of the hardware via the MLI. The contract period begins with the award, but no earlier than 01.01.2027, and has a duration of 4 years. The tendering procedure is carried out by Dataport to cover its own and customers' requirements. The maximum value to be indicated in the EU notice for framework agreements is 150% of the awarded contract value. This means that the contracting authority will call off services from this framework agreement up to a maximum of 150% of the total tendered amount.
