Creation of a dynamic procurement system through an open procedure, the subject of which is the performance of tasks related to the construction investments received by the Buyer, including general construction, renovation, conversion, other construction works, and demolition activities. The exact, final list of properties to be included in the dynamic procurement procedure is currently unknown, and the Buyer will continuously determine it after the creation of the dynamic procurement system. The circle of properties affected by the renovation includes: residential property, apartment in a condominium and separate residential property, non-residential property, buildings related to the penal enforcement system, penal enforcement institutions. The content of the constructions typically includes planned renovations, complex construction works in the installation sector of construction, as well as building and structure demolition and construction.
