The procurement shall be carried out through a supply contract with a licensed trading partner. The start of service for the Microsoft BMI Select Plus licenses advertised here is 01.12.2026. The Klinikum Dortmund gGmbH intends to procure the following Microsoft BMI Select Plus licenses: - 2,200 x Office Standard 2024 SLng LTSC, Part-Number EP2-27380 - 80 x Office Professional Plus 2024 SLng LTSC, Part-Number EP2-27323 - 2,280 x Win Remote Desktop Services CAL 2025 SLng DCAL, Part-Number EP2-25062 Licensing will be carried out directly by the manufacturer Microsoft on the basis of the framework agreements concluded between the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI), and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft): - Master Agreement Business and Service Agreement - Microsoft BMI Select Plus Contract, Price Basis Level D. The contractual obligations of the contractor include the following services: The contractor will handle the entire process of acquiring the Microsoft licenses and products for the respective licensee, including registration as a connected company or joining and billing to the licensor. The contracting authority refers to the respective current product list from Microsoft for product specification. The Microsoft BMI Select Plus Contract will expire on 31.05.2028, according to the current status. The contracting authority reserves the right to purchase the above-mentioned licenses at the offered conditions, up to 10% of the contract volume once, or alternatively up to 5% up to twice, until the end of the term of the Microsoft BMI Select Plus Contract. Software Assurance is not the subject of this tender. No maintenance and support services will be awarded.
