The BG Klinikum Duisburg plans to implement the comprehensive renovation, including fire protection renovation, of the entire hospital building at Großenbaumer Allee 250, 47249 Duisburg. The fire protection implementation is to be carried out on the basis of the already completed and approved design planning from the years 2020/21, taking into account the current building regulations, the approved fire protection concept, and to ensure and guarantee the protection objectives according to BauO NRW 2018. The aim is to combine the ongoing fire protection renovation with further necessary technical, functional and structural measures into an overall renovation measure. The planned comprehensive renovation, including core renovation of the wards, is to be bundled with fire protection, cable and hazardous substance renovation and integrated into the currently ongoing measures. The implementation is to be carried out in 4 individual measures, parallel to the ongoing fire protection renovation, with subdivided construction sections. Completion of all measures is planned for 2034. The cost framework for the construction costs (cost groups 300 and 400, DIN 276) is estimated by the hospital at approximately 42.7 million euros gross. This tender includes the planning services for the systems groups 4, 5 and 8 (high-voltage systems KG 440, telecommunications and information technology systems KG 450, building automation KG 480, DIN 276) according to § 53 HOAI (LPH 2-8, HOAI) for the implementation of the construction project.
