Poland – Cereals, potatoes, vegetables, fruits and nuts – Dostawa warzyw świeżych, kwaszonych, okopowych, pieczarek, owoców i ziemniaków do Centrum Szkolenia Policji w Legionowie oraz Wydziału Wspomagającego CSP w Sułkowicach

The subject of the contract is the supply of fresh, pickled, root vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, and potatoes to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo and the Supporting Department of the Police Training Centre in Sułkowice. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 4 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract has been divided into 5 parts: 1) Part I – root vegetables – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 2) Part II – fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 3) Part III – potatoes – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 4) Part IV – fruits – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 5) Part V – root, fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, potatoes – delivery to the Supporting Department of the Police Training Centre in Sułkowice. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of alternative tenders. 5. The contracting authority allows the subcontracting of part of the contract. 6. The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract that will be subcontracted and to provide the names of any potential subcontractors, if known (Annex 11 to the SWZ). 7. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the Essential Terms of the Contract, which is Annex 5 to the SWZ. 8. The contracting authority, pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) of the Act, in view of the specificity of the unit's operation and the possibility of a reduction in the number of persons fed, reserves the right not to implement the entire contract without financial and legal consequences. The minimum remuneration for the contractor in such a case will be 414 906,00 PLN net, including: 1) Part I – root vegetables – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – 59 440,00 PLN; 2) Part II – fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – 139 499,00 PLN; 3) Part III – potatoes – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – 98 685,00 PLN; 4) Part IV – fruits – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – 72 623,00 PLN; 5) Part V – root, fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, potatoes – delivery to the Supporting Department in Sułkowice – 44 659,00 PLN. The minimum remuneration of the contractor for the implementation of each part of the contract will be reduced proportionally after the application of the electronic auction. 9. The quantities in the price lists should be treated as average. The actual quantity of the assortment ordered each time depends on the real, current needs of the contracting authority. 10. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted. 11. The contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract in collective packaging, properly sorted and protected against damage, under the temperature conditions recommended by the manufacturer, and in a clean transport medium adapted to the transport of the subject of the contract. 12. The contracting authority reserves the right that the total value of the contract may not exceed the available financial resources. 13. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the contracting authority's premises at the contractor's expense. 14. The implementation period for the subject of the contract: successively in batches over a period of 9 months from 01 October 2026. The planned delivery date is from 01 October 2026. 15. The place of performance of the contract: the food warehouse of the Police Training Centre in Legionowo, ul. Zegrzyńska 121, 05-119 Legionowo and/or the food warehouse of the Supporting Department in Sułkowice, ul. Ogrodowa 39, 05-650 Sułkowice.
