The present contract concerns the implementation of remote survey campaigns, administered by means of a questionnaire, to a large sample of households residing in buildings from the residential stock (individual houses and apartments). It aims to produce usable data relating, in particular, to the energy consumption of buildings that have, or have not, undertaken energy renovation work, in order to contribute to the evaluation of aid schemes for renovation and more specifically to that of energy savings certificates (CEE).
