Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sums. The MC operation concerns the restructuring of the Surgery-Medicine Department of the Cayenne Hospital Centre. It is divided into two phases: a Phase 1 currently underway and a Phase 2, which is the subject of this consultation. Phase 2 covers the works to be carried out in buildings D, E and F, constituting the operational perimeter of this section. The interventions aim to modernise the infrastructure, improve patient reception and hospitalisation conditions, and optimise the working conditions of the medical teams. The operation will take place on an occupied site, involving the continuation of hospital activities during the works. To this end, companies must integrate into their methodology all the constraints related to the continuity of care, the safety of users and staff, as well as the limitation of nuisances.
