Airport Düsseldorf GmbH intends to renew and automate the passenger boarding bridges at piers A, B and C. The subject of the measure includes the planning of a total of 17 new passenger boarding bridges (11 at pier A, 6 at pier C), the automation of 9 existing passenger boarding bridges at pier B, the integration of a central control tower control, as well as the planning of the necessary infrastructure for PCA and 400-Hz systems. Additionally, the relocation of a passenger boarding bridge from position A01 to B11 must be taken into account. Performance phases 1-9 will be tendered.
