The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. One of the axes of the Training Plan of the Région Occitanie relates to the enhancement of the careers of the staff. The professional career review is a new mechanism allowing to support this axis. The Région Occitanie thus gives its staff the opportunity to benefit from a professional career review, individually or collectively, providing personalized support to enhance their careers, their experiences, their skills, their motivations, with a view to building a new professional development project, and to establish a detailed action plan that will enable its concrete implementation with the help of the mechanisms in force within the Région.
