The TK is planning an "expansion and energy renovation" of its Bildungszentrum (BIZ) in Salzhausen. The subject of this procurement is the project management of the construction measure according to the basic services of § 2 AHO from project stage 1 to project stage 5. The scope of the AN is to manage the construction participants while adhering to the cost and quality requirements of the AG and while adhering to the final deadline. The project is to be planned and executed using the BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling). The AN is also required to manage the BIM management. The project management service includes the management of the expansion buildings as well as the management of the energy renovation of the existing buildings. As special services, the scope of services includes, among others, supporting the TK in evaluating the designs of the ongoing architectural competition as well as supporting the subsequent negotiation procedure of the planning tender. As an additional special service, the procurement, setup, operation, and organization of a project communication system (PKMS) throughout the project duration is required. Furthermore, the AN is required to provide a cash flow plan using TK's program specification. The construction measure will be carried out during the ongoing accommodation and seminar operations. The energy renovation of the existing buildings will be carried out building by building in construction sections. Further information can be found in the tender documents.
