The objective of this contract is to have a clean and representative House of Waalre in the coming years. This means creating and maintaining a hygienic and clean working environment in the office building of the municipality and the foundation, including window cleaning. The cleaning activities are carried out in such a way that employees are hindered as little as possible. The goal of cleaning is to create a clean and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors to the House of Waalre. The municipality's primary objective is to maintain the current performance-based cleaning level, including flexibility and quick follow-up of instructions. The agreement is entered into for a period of at least four (4) years with two optional unilateral extensions of one (1) year each, up to a total maximum of six (6) years. The start date of the agreement is 1 January 2027.
