In the interest of providing as wide an information as possible to interested pharmaceutical undertakings, this notice is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The use of the term "Open Procedure" (Section IV.1.1) in the present notice text is due to the requirements of the notice form. Neither this nor the use of the "TED" medium involves any submission to procurement regulations which are not mandatory by law or procurement regulations. It is a framework agreement with an accession option, which relates to various active substances.
