The Uniklinik RWTH Aachen is tendering for the procurement and implementation of a new, interdisciplinary usable Enterprise Picture Archiving and Communication System (Enterprise PACS / E-PACS). The new E-PACS is to completely replace the existing PACS and will serve in future as the central platform for the hospital-wide management of imaging and image-related data. The subject of the contract is the provision, implementation, integration, migration, commissioning and operation of a turnkey, scalable, highly available and high-performance E-PACS overall system. The scope of services includes, in particular, software and viewer, local server and storage infrastructure, archiving, backup, resilience and restart services, an image data exchange portal, an E-PACS-integrated AI portal or an AI marketplace, the migration of legacy data from the existing PACS, and system services, support, maintenance, monitoring and operational services during the contract period.
