Each of the contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is a services contract for the maintenance of cleanliness in the districts of the Luxembourg Road Directorate: emptying of bins, selective collection of waste and various cleaning. The services are carried out on roads belonging to network I, which are described in the annex to this special technical specifications, as well as on roads of network II. The services are preventive, conditional and curative maintenance (see glossary).
