Scope

Ekerö Municipality requires access to qualified and tailored expert support in the area of threat assessments and advice in cases of threats and unlawful influence.

The assignment includes supporting the municipality in situations where employees or elected representatives are subjected to threats, hate, harassment, or other forms of unlawful influence. The supplier shall conduct structured threat assessments, provide advice to affected individuals and managers, propose protective and support measures, and assist the municipality in dialogue and cooperation with relevant actors, such as the Police Authority.

The assignment is procured on an hourly basis as needed. The supplier is guaranteed no minimum volume.

Contract period

The contract period is from 2027-01-01 to 2028-12-31. If the contracting authority does not terminate the contract at least three (3) months before the contract expires, the contract will be automatically extended to 2029-12-31 and 2030-12-31.
