The contract will cover the following missions: APS - APD - PRO - ACT - VISA - DET and AOR. Estimated cost of the works: 10,000,000.00 euros excl. VAT. Estimated start date of the contract: January 2027. Estimated duration of the contract (studies and works): 34 months from the date of notification. Mandatory composition of the group: architect (lead) - structural, fluids/thermal engineer, economist, asbestos specialist. The lead contractor (architect) must belong exclusively to one team. The other economic operators may participate in several teams. It is forbidden to submit several offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of several groups. The services are paid for by fixed, adjustable prices.
