Subject of the contract are engineering services for phases 1-8 of the HOAI (Technical Equipment) for the conversion of the heating supply of a residential building stock to a central heat pump system. The services essentially comprise: - Inventory and assessment of existing heating and hot water installations - Planning of the central heating supply including heat pump, storage, hydraulics and pipe network - Examination of hot water preparation concepts and PV potential - Preparation of bills of quantities, drawing documents and cost estimates as well as involvement in tendering - Construction supervision, quality control and documentation. Additionally, special services are to be provided, including, among others, economic and energy proofs, PV detail planning, construction phase and habitability concept, research of subsidies, noise protection expert opinion, MSR concepts, basement ceiling insulation and support with modernization announcements to tenants.
