The contracting authority intends to carry out the renovation of the car park N7, 7, 68161 Mannheim. The car park is located in the central city area of Mannheim. The building has two basement levels and five upper levels, each with an intermediate deck. Due to structural defects, a comprehensive refurbishment of the car park is planned. The implementation of the construction measure is to be carried out in four construction phases during ongoing operations. During the execution, it must be ensured that revenue losses due to restrictions on use are kept as low as possible. To this end, the construction time should be kept as short as possible. In addition, when implementing the measure, it must be ensured that access to the adjacent underground car park is guaranteed at all times. Maintaining this access requires a careful and coordinated logistical approach both in the planning phase and during the construction process. The subject of the present tender are services of project management and risk management for the aforementioned renovation of the car park.
