Framework agreement for software, consultancy and services in the field of VR training scenarios

The contracting authority has been tasked by its clients to make the training offering more modern and experiential. To achieve this objective, existing training concepts and learning paths have been and will continue to be analysed step by step and modernised in a needs-based manner using blended learning approaches. In this context, XR-VR training scenarios already developed in individual training modules are currently being used on Meta Quest 3 glasses. The existing offer of XR-VR training scenarios is to be expanded in the short term with new scenarios and the existing XR-VR training scenarios are to be updated in a needs-based manner. The subject of the initiated procurement procedure is to award a contractor for the contract period who can provide these needs-based further and new developments of XR-VR training scenarios. The contractor must support the involved actors in the event of need in a technically sound, didactically sound, methodologically sound and pragmatic manner. Accordingly, each support must be planned methodically and conceptually, implemented with the contracting authority and with the involvement of all actors, and accompanied and documented with concrete work results. The framework agreement will be tendered for the period 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. There is an option to extend by a further year.
