Description

This procurement dossier relates to the supply, installation and commissioning of lockers and safes for various user groups and functional zones within the hospital. This includes, among other things, lockers in staff changing rooms, team rooms and nursing stations, patient zones and patient rooms, as well as lockers for administrative departments where flexible working is practiced. For the staff changing rooms, an initial flexible concept is proposed, combining dynamic, non-personal lockers with smaller personal lockers for the permanent storage of items such as work shoes or other personal work-related items. Given the available space in both the central staff changing rooms and the changing rooms of the operating theatre, the available space must be used as efficiently as possible. The tenderer is requested to develop an optimal locker concept, taking into account the available spaces, user needs and the given plans, and to visualize this in the tender in a structured way. In addition to this basic solution, the tenderer is obliged to develop a full-fledged variant in which the staff changing rooms are equipped to the maximum with personal, individually assigned lockers. This variant must also be marked on the planning provided (in the tender phase) and priced separately so that the contracting authority can evaluate and compare both concepts transparently. For the dynamic, non-personal lockers in the staff changing rooms and the administrative departments, an electronic access and management system must be provided that is linked to the hospital's central badge management system. Staff must be able to use these lockers with their existing staff badge. The personal lockers within the staff changing rooms are not subject to this mandatory linkage. In addition, smaller lockers will be provided in team rooms and nursing stations for the safe storage of personal belongings such as smartphones and wallets. Lockers will also be provided in various patient zones, including the day hospital. In the patient rooms, these are separate safes for the secure storage of personal and valuable items. For the administrative departments, where flexible workstations are used, a customized locker concept must be proposed that takes into account efficient use of the available capacity and supports both dynamic and personal use. For all lockers and safes not linked to the central badge management system, the tenderer must propose an efficient, user-friendly and sustainable locking system without the use of physical keys. The proposed solution must be adapted to the intended use and the relevant user group and must be easy to manage for the hospital. Possible solutions could, for example, work with a PIN code, a separate badge, a wristband or an equivalent electronic system. The overall system must result in a flexible, safe, user-friendly, maintenance-friendly and future-proof locker system that optimally integrates with the available infrastructure, the different usage profiles and the operational functioning of the hospital.
