Netherlands – Construction work – 15118 | Realisatie Masterplan Rijkskantoor Westraven te Utrecht

For the Masterplan Westraven, based on a UAV specification, the Rijkswaterstaat office, used by Rijkswaterstaat, will be renovated in phases. The core of the task is the integral redesign and optimization of the work environment, including logistics, workplace mix, and spatial layout. The supporting facilities, such as catering facilities, meeting, presentation, and meeting rooms, will be made both qualitatively and quantitatively sufficient. This European non-open procedure is a re-tender. In October 2025, this project assignment was already published via a competitive dialogue via TenderNed (see reference 546767) and withdrawn in June 2026. The assignment consists of the phased realisation and coordination of the entire work in main contractorship.

Particularity: during the works, the maintenance of the operational parts of the Westraven complex falls under the responsibility of the contracted maintenance contractors. During the realisation, coordination is necessary for, among other things, temporary situations, (partial) commissionings and (impact of) major works. A target price is used, which is based on a careful estimate drawn up prior to the tender, including market prices. This target price will be communicated to the selected candidates during the registration phase.
