Belgium – Lift installation work – OPDRACHT VOOR MODERNISERINGSWERKEN AAN DE LIFTEN MET ONDERHOUDSDIENSTEN IN VOLLEDIGE OMNIUM VOOR DE LIFTEN EN DE PARKINGTOEGANG

In the context of enhancing user safety, regulatory compliance, and the sustainable improvement of the reliability of facilities, Foyer Anderlechtois is launching a mixed contract comprising two distinct but inseparable components:

- Modernisation works,

- A total omnium maintenance service.

These two components start simultaneously and must be ensured without interruption of service. The works concern the supply, installation, connection and commissioning of new lifts in existing buildings. The total omnium maintenance service covers:

- Modernised lifts,

- Non-modernised lifts,

- Doors and access means to car parks.

Both components of the contract start on the same date. The estimated value of the contract, including the possible repetition of similar works and services, amounts to 6.148.850,00 € VAT excluded, distributed as follows:

Base contract:

- Works: 3.544.300,00 € VAT excluded;

- Services: 1.274.550,00 € VAT excluded.

Possible repetition:

- Works: 1.300.000,00 € VAT excluded;

- Services: 30.000,00 € VAT excluded.

Under penalty of nullity of its tender, the tenderer will attend one of the two mandatory site visit dates, which will take place on 02/07/2026 and 06/08/2026 from 10h at Parc de Peterbos 9 in front of the Concierge's office, then to the other sites in the following order for both dates:

- Parc du Peterbos 15B

- Parc du Peterbos 15C
