With the school space development, the Flaachtal School aims to create a long-term sustainable and demand-oriented infrastructure for teaching and daily structures. For the planning and implementation of the school space development at the Buch am Irchel site, the contracting authority is seeking a qualified general planner who will provide planning services for all phases (SIA phases 31 to 53) with high architectural, technical and organisational competence, as well as compliance with cost and time requirements. The renovation and upgrading of the old school building, the gymnasium, and the replacement new construction of the primary school building are planned.
