France – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – Décarbonation et gain énergétique sur le traitement de l'air de la piscine d'Auchel

The Agglomeration Community is embarking on an ambitious program to renovate the energy efficiency of the communal swimming pool at AUCHEL, an essential facility for local public services and particularly energy-intensive due to its numerous uses. In a context of ecological transition, control of public expenditure and improvement of user comfort, the community wishes to significantly reduce the carbon footprint and energy consumption associated with the operation of the building. The present contract is part of this approach and specifically concerns the decarbonisation and energy optimisation of the air treatment system and the integration of energy recovery. The current installations, which are aging and energy-intensive, require a thorough modernisation to improve thermal performance, indoor air quality, hygrometric regulation and overall reliability of the system. The operation aims in particular to: ✓ Reduce energy consumption related to air treatment; ✓ Decrease greenhouse gas emissions; ✓ Improve the efficiency of equipment and energy recovery; ✓ Integrate innovative, frugal and sustainable technical solutions; ✓ Adapt the system to the constraints of an aquatic facility (corrosion, hygrometry, air renewal, safety); ✓ Ensure service continuity in a potentially occupied site. ✓ Consider renewable energy. This negotiated procedure is divided into two phases, a candidacy phase and a tender phase. The present notice is a call for candidacies. Candidacies will be examined and selected according to the criteria set out in the Consultation Regulations. The number of candidates admitted to the tender phase is three (3), subject to a sufficient number of candidacies.
