The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a purchase contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a complete set of vehicles of the type EMU 130 and BEMU 130 intended for the segment of regional passenger rail transport. The Contracting Authority, with regard to the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, expects a delivery of a total of at least 15 regular vehicles intended for the fulfilment of public service obligations in accordance with the conditions of the Tender Procedure. The exact number of vehicles may be specified in the course of negotiations in the tender phase of the Procurement Procedure. For more information, see ZD.
