Poland – Medical gases – Dostawy gazów medycznych wraz z transportem i najmem butli, zbiorników kriogenicznych oraz niezbędnego wyposażenia, a także z montażem i demontażem zbiorników

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical gases along with transport and rental of cylinders, cryogenic tanks and necessary equipment, as well as assembly and disassembly of tanks and training, which have been divided into 7 (seven) Parts described in the table below:

The contracting authority requires that the offered medical products be approved for circulation in the territory of Poland in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices – this applies to positions marked as a medical device. The contracting authority requires that the offered contract subject be approved for circulation in the territory of Poland in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2021 on Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended) – this applies to positions marked as a medicinal product.
