The present procurement concerns the award of a contract for the Ordregivers procurement of an integrated financial and payroll system with a particular focus on secure, stable and effective operation. The contract includes the delivery and implementation of the solution as well as subsequent operation, maintenance and support. The financial section includes debtor, collection etc., and the payroll section also includes rostering. The operation service constitutes a central element in the contract, and includes full responsibility for the daily operation of the solution, including ensuring high availability, performance and operational stability. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a future-proof and robust platform that supports Ordregivers financial and payroll administration effectively and with a high degree of automation, quality and operational security, including up-to-date technological opportunities in the form of support for machine learning and artificial intelligence as well as other tools that can contribute to increased automation and decision support.
