Finland – Textile-cleaning services – Työasujen ja siivoustekstiilien vuokrauspalvelut sekä pesulapalvelut

Kaarea Oy invites tenders for the rental and laundry services of workwear and cleaning textiles (hereinafter Textiles) as well as laundry services for the Contractor's own Textiles, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this tender and its annexes. The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the service and products are up-to-date and cost-competitive. The contract period begins from the date of signature. The handover phase begins immediately upon signature of the contract. The services according to the contract continue for 36 months (fixed contract period) from the moment the handover phase has been accepted by the Contractor. The entry into force of the contract requires the signature of both Contracting Parties. After the fixed contract period, the Contract continues indefinitely with a 12-month notice period. The target start date for the fixed contract period is 1 February 2027. MANDATORY FAMILIARIZATION WITH THE CONTRACTOR'S OWN TEXTILES: The Textiles used by property services are currently the property of the Contractor. The Contractor decides whether to use property services with their own Textiles in the future, or whether the service will be extended to include rental textiles. A prerequisite for submitting a tender is that the Tenderer has familiarized themselves with the Contractor's own workwear range and assessed the suitability of the workwear for their laundry process before submitting the tender.
