The services of the contract will be the subject of a composite contract awarded: - in part as a standard contract with a lump sum and fixed price based on the breakdown of the lump sum and fixed price (DPGF) for preventive maintenance and regulatory inspection services. - in part as a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code for corrective maintenance services, with no minimum order value and a maximum annual order value of 250 000 euro(s) excl. VAT.
