The subject of the contract is the purchase of heavy rescue-firefighting vehicles, divided into parts. 2. The subject of the contract (SOC) is Annex No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 to the TED: a) part 1 – delivery of 1 unit of a heavy rescue-firefighting vehicle with enhanced road rescue potential – SOC is Annex No. 1.1 to the TED b) part 2 – delivery of 1 unit of a heavy rescue-firefighting vehicle with enhanced road rescue potential – SOC is Annex No. 1.2 to the TED c) part 3 – delivery of 1 unit of a heavy rescue-firefighting vehicle with enhanced road rescue potential – SOC is Annex No. 1.3 to the TED. 3. Place of performance of the contract, end user: a) part 1 – County Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Leżajsk; b) part 2 – County Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Dębica. c) part 3 – City Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Przemyśl. 4. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract offered be factory new and comply with all applicable standards and regulations. 6. The Contracting Authority allows the performance of part of the contract to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer which parts of the contract will be performed by Subcontractors, and to provide the names of any potential Subcontractors, if known. 8. The contract will be performed in accordance with the terms set out in the model contracts, which are Annexes No. 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 to this TED. 9. The possibility of amending the contract and the conditions for amending it are set out in Annex No. 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 to the TED. 10. The Contractor may also submit an offer for all parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the PZP Act, allows the submission of partial offers. An offer may be submitted in relation to one, two or three parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of parts of the contract that may be awarded to one Contractor. Offers for each part of the contract will be examined and evaluated separately 11. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submitting offers if circumstances arise that make it unreasonable to continue the procedure. 12. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the PZP Act, it may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 13. The Contracting Authority requires security for proper performance of the contract. The security is provided before signing the contract.
