The subject of the contract is the supply of a new, factory-fresh, specialist vehicle of the sweeper type in the form of an operating lease for a period of 59 months and an initial payment of 583,942.50 zł gross, constituting a maximum of 45% of the value of the subject of the contract. Leasing interest rate variable. Other requirements regarding the subject of the contract: 1. The vehicle must have complete documentation enabling the registration of the vehicle, which is allowed to travel on public roads in Poland, including an extract from the certificate of conformity. 2. The vehicle must not have any advertising signs, with the exception of the vehicle manufacturer's markings. 3. The vehicle must not have any signs of damage on any element. 4. The entire vehicle chassis must respond to the vehicle's installation operations, including having software updates. 5. The ordering party requires the provision of vehicle operation training for a total of 7 hours, including 4 hours at the ordering party's headquarters (theoretical/demonstration instructor) and 3 hours on-site (practical/demonstration instructor), dedicated to 2 persons, i.e. the designated employees of the ordering party. The time allocated for these activities must not incur costs for the party requesting the training. During the training, several actions related to the safety of the vehicle operator and the operator's response to vehicle failures should take place, so that the contractor of the subject of the contract does not question in the future, i.e. within the framework of the warranty and guarantee, the improper use of the vehicle. The training should be conducted on the day of vehicle delivery. Confirmation of the conduct of the training should be included in the vehicle acceptance protocol. The preparation of the Vehicle Acceptance Protocol and the conducted training is the responsibility of the contractor of the subject of the contract. 6. The ordering party does not allow any interference with the devices in the chassis and installation, which would indicate prototype solutions. The offered devices must come from serial production. 7. 24-month warranty required for the chassis and installation. 8. Vehicle insurance on the ordering party's side.
