Germany – Architectural and related services – Gemeinde Otzberg - Neubau Feuerwehrgerätehaus Hering, Leistungen der Objektplanung (Leistungsphase 1-9)

The municipality of Otzberg plans to build a new fire station in the district of Hering. A plot of approximately 2,450 sqm is available for this purpose. The usable area is to be approximately 490 sqm. The land-use plan for the plot has not yet been approved; currently, there is no resolution to establish it. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the contract specially if the land-use plan is not approved and the project is discontinued. Since this measure involves applying for funding, it is essential that the first groundbreaking takes place by the end of 2027. The project is to be based on the guideline "Musterfeuerwehrhaus Hessen" in principle. A single-story fire station with three parking spaces (Attachment A 4.1 of the guideline) is planned. The construction costs for Lots 300+400 are estimated at approximately 1.5 million euros (rough cost estimate). The services of the building design, LPH 1-9 according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI, are to be awarded. A phased commissioning is planned. The contracting authority will initially award LPH 1-3 HOAI. Further stages will be called up successively as the project progresses. If the contracting authority decides to complete the project after the completion of a stage, no further stages will be called up. The contractor has no claim to call up further stages.
