**Notice of an Open International Electronic Tender for the Award of the Service "Rental of Construction Machinery and Vehicles to Address Emergency Needs and Manage the Consequences of Severe Weather Phenomena, Floods, Fires and Snow Removal, within the Framework of the Civil Protection Actions of the Municipality of Thermi" (STUDY NO. 01/2026).**

The subject of the contract is the rental of suitable construction machinery, trucks and auxiliary vehicles, along with their operators and drivers, for the prevention and immediate response to emergencies from natural, technological or man-made disasters (such as, for example: heavy snowfall, ice, flooding, storm winds, forest or urban fires, landslides, rockfalls), as described in detail in APPENDIX I (01/2026 STUDY). The purpose of providing these services is to ensure civil protection, the safety of citizens, the protection of infrastructure, as well as the maintenance of the passability of the road network throughout the administrative region of the Municipality of Thermi, which extends to the following Municipal Units and Communities:

• Municipal Unit of Thermi: Peraia, Neoi Epivates, Agia Triada.

• Municipal Unit of Mihaniona: Nea Mihaniona, Angelochori, Kerasia.

• Municipal Unit of Epano: Epano, Mesimeri.

Bids may be submitted for all groups of machinery or for one or more groups, as described in detail in the indicative budget and the other parts of the 01/2026 study (APPENDIX I). Bidders are obliged, under penalty of exclusion, to submit a bid for all items of the Group(s) for which they wish to participate, as well as for all quantities of the budget of the Group(s).

The prices offered must be within the indicative budget of the relevant study, both for each item and for the total budget of each Group.
